Harrys Gym is reluctant pleasure...the kind that comes seeping in around the third pint of beer when you're really just tired and sad after a week full of Mondays.

The band’s insistent dark pop combines poetic melodys with danceable rhythmics somewhere in the borderland between Blonde Redhead, the Knife and british post punk.

Along with Erlend Ringseth, Ole Myrvold and Bjarne Stensli, songwriter Anne Lise Frøkedal fronts a band that's getting more and more playful, bitterly narrative and infinitely catchy.
